Reconnecting to Your Energy
It’s
been a long time
Since
I’ve heard your voice
You
were on my mind
Reconnection
was a possible choice
You
contacted me out of the blue
It
was sudden out of thin air
I
don’t know what to think of you
Do
I want to take it there?
We
decided to meet up
To
see how our energies would sync
I
thought I was over you
But
now all these feelings are coming over me
I
don’t want to be stupid and rush into this
I
don’t want to repeat our past
I
want to get to know you like a first date
Maybe
we can take a different path
I’m
open to reconnecting
As
long as the bad things don’t repeat
We
both had some growing to do
Is this the right
time for you and me?
