Chapter 1 - Dreaming of Love
The Dreaming of Love stage is a territory
that is often visited. This is where
people fantasize about who is the one for them. For some people who are not in
relationships, they question when they will find the one. For others who are in unfulfilled or
unsatisfying relationships, they ask themselves if their partner is the one and
if not, they wonder when they will find the one.
What is the one? People have different meanings for this. Is it the man or woman of your dreams? Is it just a physical connection? Is it more than physical? Does it involve a deeper connection such as a
deep emotional or spiritual connection?
After coming across so many people and seeing different experiences,
I’ve come to the conclusion that ‘’the one’’ will vary from person to
person.
People evolve and grow. Have you ever found yourself not attracted to
things that you once were attracted to?
What about the opposite, are you now attracted to things that you weren’t
attracted to in the past? Maybe you want
someone taller or shorter. Or perhaps,
you’re attracted to a different personality.
Maybe you want someone who is more outgoing or someone who is more
introverted.
One common thing that I’ve seen in some people
may or may not shock you. They are attracted to someone that gives them a
challenge. I’m sure this isn’t the case
for every single person, but let’s face it; it is human nature for some people
to want what they think they can’t have. At last we begin Dreaming of Love.
